Vincent and Julia Elliott have been in business since 1982, offering a wide-range of products including hot-smoked mackerel and chorizo and cold-smoked bacon, salmon and kippers where the smoke’s heat is kept away from the product. Always on the look-out for something different, they also produce a range of gourmet treats including mussel salad, smoked eel, cod roe and game pie.
