Hand made by Elena Weafer, aka Mama Savoury, in her Kingston kitchen, each carefully crafted recipe is inspired by her Mediterranean origins and love of everything that is good, tasty and wholesome. Most are vegetarian and the line-up always includes at least three wheat-and-gluten-free variants. Flavours are constantly changing, but particularly popular are spinach and roast sweet potatoes, chorizo and caramelised red onion, and black olive and coriander. Eleanor continues to bake and amaze branching out into other creative delicacies such as Halloumi Tubes, Kimchini and Sweet Potato Bread Buns.
