Their award winning Aberdeen Angus, Hereford and Beef Shorthorns and Welsh-originated flock of sheep graze on the lush, herby and nutritional grass on the hills surrounding Boarstall Farm, only being brought in during the harshest winter months. Expertly butchered themselves, they offer delectable, tender and succulent joints, chops, fillets and roasting chickens as well as cured and marinated meats all with a depth of flavour not found in supermarket produce. They are one of our most popular stalls, so come early before they sell out!
