Hand made by Elena Weafer, aka Mama Savoury, in her Kingston kitchen, each carefully crafted recipe is inspired by her Mediterranean origins and love of everything that is good, tasty and wholesome. Most are vegetarian and the line-up always includes at least three wheat-and-gluten-free variants. Flavours are ever changing but particularly popular are spinach and roast sweet potatoes, chorizo and caramelised red onion, and black olive and coriander.
An Austrian boutique caterer who has worked in Vienna, Florence and now London, Ralph Wettach caters for some of Surrey’s most discerning palates, supplying innovative dishes for cocktail parties, private dinners and themed events. You will find a wide selection of his flavoursome creations at the market including grilled sheep cheese, warm salads, open sandwiches, free-range chicken liver pate and chorizo scotch eggs. All herbs used are grown on Ralph’s allotment.

A family business producing delicious handmade savoury pies and pastries from Hooe in East Sussex, Sarah’s creations are every pie lover’s dream with varieties ranging from rabbit and game to steak and kidney and the ever-popular chili and chocolate. Ingredients are locally sourced with wild game and rabbit from nearby Herstmonceux.
